Supporting young individuals who face challenges in accessing formal education or acquiring job-related skills due to their background or life circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, LGBTQ+ youth who may have been compelled to leave their environments due to their orientation.
We support them by organizing workshops and training session, enhancing access to online and hybrid learning opportunities, offering scholarships and financial support for educational programs, skills training, and equipment.

Skills for a better future
The Jan Cornelis Foundation will going to serve as a guiding resource for disadvantaged (LGBT) youth by curating and providing access to educational tools, training opportunities, and mentorship programs. Its mission includes directing young people toward free and paid resources while addressing barriers like language, technology, and certifications to improve their career prospects.
Learning equipment
The Jan Cornelis Foundation will investigate whether it should provide essential learning materials such as laptops, tablets, and other equipment to support marginalized youth in accessing online and hybrid educational programs. Additionally, the Foundation might offer financial assistance to cover fees for certifications and courses that improve employment opportunities.
Collaborating for greater impact
The foundation will explore partnering with like-minded organizations to expand its reach and maximize the effectiveness of its programs. By sharing resources, expertise, and best practices, these collaborations create synergies that enhance support for disadvantaged youth. Together, we strive to remove barriers and provide opportunities that foster lasting, positive change in education and career development.
